“SUCCESS IS PERSISTENCE”
Betül Mardin is a very significant asset grown in our country. These two words that summarize her experience in business life have always inspired me in my business life. All the legends that we have been implementing since 1995 are attributed to our remarkable results that we have obtained in spite of all difficulties, turbulences and lack of capital, as well as doing the right work at the right time, staying true to the core business, being committed to professional and commercial ethics, persistence, determination and devotion. We have become successful with our independent and authentic activities without exploiting and being exploited by nobody, trying to add value to the future, not to save the day. The legends of Medline and Portclinic have made history along with the heroes that contribute to the processes, as historical assets and gains.
KEEP YOUR FACE TO THE SUN AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE SHADOWS
NO WIND FAVORS HE WHO HAS NO DESTINED PORT
Value, morality and business ethics are the merits that keep people alive and will never be out of date. Don’t make concessions on these merits. Place importance to this for yourself and our company. Human health, living quality, safe working environment, creativeness and diversity are invaluable assets. We will proceed by facing to the sun and following our goals.
MEASURE WHAT IS MEASURABLE, AND MAKE MEASURABLE WHAT IS NOT SO. THE BOOK OF THE NATURE IS WRITTEN IN MATHEMATICAL LANGUAGE.
This word was quoted approximately 550 years ago. Recognized as the father of modern science, Galileo gave all of us a strong light to do business in order to enlighten our future. Truth has never changed and will never change philosophically; the immeasurable and incomparable events have never resulted in development and change. Therefore, adopt the philosophy of working based on concrete data in all your activities and then measuring and re-planning the realization as a lifestyle. History has changed with knowledge and innovation power, not with the power of money. No companies exist today that haven’t worked in line with these principles, even if they were founded strongly. While Apple, as a brand that lost its strength, was not ranked in top 10 in 2010 with its vision of measuring the new consumer expectations, it is today the biggest brand by far. We should adopt the basic principle of doing measurable business in all our workplaces.

Şu anda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında 81 ilde tek yetkili OSGB durumundayız. Ülkemizin ilk 50 büyük şirketinin 31’i ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında iş ortağı olarak çalışıyoruz. Yaklaşık 10,000 civarında SGK ataması ile bütünleşik OSGB hizmeti sağlıyoruz. İş sağlığı güvenliği ve OSGB alanında en büyük organizasyonuz. Ülkemizin bazı iş kollarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği süreçlerinin seyrini belirleyecek büyüklüğe sahibiz. İş sağlığı güvenliğine entegre, bütünleşik hizmet olarak bakıyoruz. Bunlar Tez Medikal OSGB’nin muhteşem gücünü oluşturan temel unsurlardır. Ancak zirvede kalıcı olabilmek için sistem kurmaya, kendine yeten organizasyonlar haline gelmeye ve bunun sürekliliğini sağlamaya özen göstermeliyiz. Bu nedenle hedefli, ölçümlenebilir, izlenebilir, yenilikçi ve değer katan, kalıcı ürün yaratan çalışma tarzı ile çalışacağız.
Employers and employer’s representatives assume very significant duties when making service procurement decisions. Occupational Health and Safety service is not a cost. We should explain this in all platforms and ensure that focus is switched from price to benefit. If the service that protects the workplace from fire and protects the employer from the danger of losing business continuity and risk of accidents and occupational diseases can be procured excellently, the Joint Health and Safety Unit service can turn into strong consulting service. Of course, if it is procured to avoid prohibitions, no benefit could be gained and cost would occur. But, be sure that companies would have to procure such service mandatorily, if they are exposed to bigger financial and penal risk someday.
Since 2010, we have achieved significant successes in occupational health and safety. The efforts and determination of the public, employers, Joint Health and Safety Units and Occupational Health and Safety professionals that place importance to this issue have laid the foundation of cultural transformation in spite of many improper examples, lack of belief and obstacles. I consider that this is a very important development. We will continue to improve the process with more cooperation and result-oriented projects from now on.
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
As you know, climbing up the top is difficult, but holding on and staying on top is more difficult because winds blow stronger, snow stays higher on top and its settlement area is narrower. Therefore, sliding and falling down is much easier. So, we will place the culture of doing value-adding business that is measurable, traceable and make a difference into the center of our life based on our humanitarian, scientific, contemporary and productive working style. In a few years, TEZ MEDİKAL will be a company that sets the bar in occupational health and safety and a competitive global organization that assumes academic and scientific leadership. Based on this belief, goal and passion, we will overcome all difficulties. If you look at our background and achievements, you will see that this is more than worthless agitation and that the foundation required for success is already ready. I would like to tell you my final message with another significant quote.
