The Law No 6331 has re-defined the service of ‘‘Workplace Doctor’’ in our country. Accordingly, more attention is given to the protection and improvement of the health of employees, which is one of the duties of workplace doctor.

Our medical team, which respects their profession and also cares about people, supports employees to become stronger, healthier and happier individuals as well as protecting them against occupational diseases and work accidents.

To ensure the continuity of a healthy and safe working environment, the workplace doctors at Tez Medikal Joint Health and Safety Unit also participate in risk assessment, field and hygiene inspections actively.

Through the Specialization Boards founded within Tez Academy, we share the latest developments in medicine, sector and legislation with our workplace doctors and provide scientific support for the medical decisions that they make, when necessary.
