Periodic Medical Checks
Considering the personal characteristics of the employee, the hazard class of the workplace and the nature of the work, in line with the results of the risk assessment made in the workplace based on international standards; medical checks are repeated.a) At least once every five years in workplaces in the less dangerous class,
b) Every three years at the latest in workplaces in dangerous classes,
c) At least once a year in the very dangerous class workplaces
These periods might be shortened when deemed necessary by the workplace physician.
