Working at Height

Due to the nature of the work carried out in almost every business line, one of the most common adverse working conditions is working at height, where employees are exposed to the risk of falling.

Whether the place of work is above or below ground level, if there is a risk of injury in case of a fall, the work done in these places is called “working at height”.

When working at height is undermined and when the necessary training and protective measures are not taken properly; it is inevitable that many workers will die- when many occupational accidents in the form of falls and the heavy effects of falling are considered.

Training programs on the principles of working safely at height and informing the employees about the risks and the use of protective equipment will contribute to the prevention of work accidents resulting from working at height, especially falling, and ensure the continuation of the work in a healthy and safe manner.
